Is teasing bad?

Is it wrong, biblically, to tease people? To say something insulting, but not mean it? Or to prod people about their personal lives? To make them look bad, good-naturedly? What do you think?

The Role of Women in the Church

1 Corinthians 14:34-35 ~ Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church.

1 Timothy 2:11-12 ~ A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.

I think I'm asking for trouble with this one, yet it is an interesting topic to discuss. How far do you think a woman should be allowed to go in the church? Pastor? High School teacher? A high schooler teaching among her peers? What are your thoughts?
